Spring 2010
Project Highlights
Siggelko Residence
The president of Mountain Harbour Property Owners Association in Smithville could have chosen any builder in the area to oversee the construction of his family’s dream home. W&O is proud to be chosen from a respected group of carefully screened contractors to construct the Siggelko family’s one-of-a-kind luxury residence. Full of custom amenities, the 6,400 square foot design showcases the property’s breathtaking views overlooking Center Hill Lake throughout the year. Completion is set for summer 2010.

Cookeville First Assembly
To meet the needs of their growing church family, Cookeville First Assembly contracted W&O to manage an exciting expansion project. State-of-the-art updates include a spacious assembly room with multi-media displays to stream remote video for sanctuary overflow seating, a secure nursery with electronically-controlled access, a covered drop-off area and an additional entrance for parishioners. Church members can also fellowship over a cup of coffee as they prepare for worship at the new cafe. We are honored CFA has chosen W&O to build this special place where their church family can share their faith.
