Norcom Manufacturing

Norcom Inc., a growing composite products manufacturer in Sparta, Tennessee, has partnered with W&O on its 27,000 square foot Churchill Drive expansion. This project is designed to accommodate 100 to 150 new jobs as well as directly connect the business to Highway 111 – helping Norcom become more competitive as they set their sights on the global market.

Walnut Commons Medical Park

Efficiency is a common theme in this modern medical park. The building makes extensive use of natural and efficiency lighting. State-of-the-art hot water and HVAC systems help control energy expenses. Low maintenance materials were used inside and outside to save money on repair. The shared entry atrium features a decorative water garden and wide overhangs to control solar heat gain.

Swallows Poolhouse

W&O has a new portfolio piece. This beautiful home investment project is highlighted by a secluded pool house featuring a covered living area with tray and barrel ceilings. A newly resurfaced pool with natural stone decking and coping is surrounded by a courtyard, custom lighting, landscaping and an updated entryway. Topping it off is a beautiful outdoor kitchen and serving area for backyard barbecues and special gatherings.
