For decades, Fairfield Glade has been at the center of the recreational and leisure industry in the Upper Cumberland. With 11 lakes, 90 holes of golf and myriad swimming pools, walking trails, waterfalls and luxury condominiums, Fairfield is the place to go for all things fun under the sun.

When the place to go needed a place for it’s community to go, they reached out to W&O. To create this special place, the Community and Conference Center at Fairfield Glade was developed.

The spacious 35,000 square foot facility features conference areas, a banquet hall and a full commercial kitchen. As well as providing a central meeting place for the community, the center also houses a health and wellness facility with a state-of-the-art gymnasium, indoor swimming pool and an elaborate workout area complete with a jacuzzi and saunas. The center’s striking design is accented throughout with a standing seam roof, tongue-and-groove ceilings, locally-cut stone veneer and custom architectural-curved bar joists.

The W&O team is proud of the final product and pleased to report the 6.5 million dollar, 16-month project was completed on-time and on-budget amidst praise from our client and the Fairfield Glade community.
